Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

Senior Data Engineer to help modernize healthcare data systems that serve millions of members.
In this role, youll design secure, scalable, and efficient cloud-based pipelines that power insights for critical health programs.

Must Haves
5+ years of experience in cloud data engineering, warehousing, and ETL
Strong knowledge of AWS and Snowflake
Hands-on expertise with Informatica (IICS), SQL, Python, and Airflow
Proven success building and optimizing data pipelines in decentralized/data mesh environments
Experience with sensitive data, including healthcare/HIPAA compliance
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency with Unix/Linux and shell scripting
What Youll DoYoull be a technical leader in advancing a major data modernization initiative, creating systems that are reliable, compliant, and built for scale.
Working closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams, youll ensure secure data flows and deliver insights that improve healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build cloud-based data management and reporting systems
Design, optimize, and maintain pipelines for large-scale data sets
Embed security, governance, and compliance into all solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performing systems
Lead design sessions and guide development of ETL/data layers
Provide best practices for data integration and transformation
Evaluate emerging cloud tools and recommend adoption
Document designs and monitor system performance for continuous improvement
