The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies.

You’ll design, run, and scale pipelines across cloud, on‑prem, and edge environments to deliver reliable, actionable insights that improve production performance.
**What you’ll do**
+ Design and build robust data pipelines to collect real-time data from production lines and IoT devices, develop and maintain scalable data architectures (such as data warehouses or lakehouses) to store vast amounts of operational data, and ensure data quality, security, and accessibility
+ Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for MES, SCADA, PLCs, metrology/test systems, and IoT sensors.
+ Automate data workflows, monitoring, and CI/CD to improve resiliency and reduce manual effort.
+ Manage and monitor data environments with quality checks, regression testing, and performance tuning for pipelines and data lakes.
+ Collaborate with domain experts, controls engineers, and data teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
+ Define IT/OT data interfaces; ingest, maintain, and enhance industrial data sources.
+ Provision and automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes; containerize with Docker.
+ Develop reusable data engineering patterns/libraries, document, review code, and support production in agile sprints.
**What you’ll bring**
+ BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
+ 3+ years in data engineering (manufacturing/industrial automation preferred).
+ Strong Python and SQL; familiarity with Java, C#, or JavaScript.
+ Hands-on with ETL frameworks (Databricks/Spark SQL, AWS Glue, Informatica).
+ Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP for data storage and compute.
+ Exposure to MES/SCADA and industrial data protocols.
+ CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and large-scale data/analytics systems.
**Nice to have**
+ Time-series, sensor, or IoT data experience.
+ Manufacturing KPIs, statistical process control, Six Sigma concepts.
+ Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
+ 3–5 years with Databricks/Spark.
+ Docker and Kubernetes; cloud certifications.

+ DevOps/SRE mindset: infrastructure as code, automated pipelines, container orchestration, monitoring, and change management.
+ Strong problem-solving, clear communication, and collaboration in a matrixed environment.

The range for this position is $115,046.00 - $158,189.00 assuming full time status.
Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
