We are looking for seasoned **Senior** **Data Scientist** to work with our existing team of Data Architects and Developers to developstrategies,create ML/AI solutions,and deliver results.
We are looking fora morethan just a SeniorData Scientist, but a technologist with excellent communication and customer service skills and a passion for dataand problem solving.

+ Experience with data preparation–rawdatacleansing, manipulation, formatting
+ Experience with exploratory data analysisofstructured and unstructured data
+ Experiencewithdata visualization, summarization, and reporting
+ Experience in feature engineering
+ Strong foundationintraditional ML(Supervised/Unsupervised)analysis techniques
+ Experience withadvanced ML (Deep Learning)methodologiesfor prediction, generation,and/ortooling
+ Knowledge ofstate-of-the-artDeep Learning libraries
+ Familiarity with generative AI tools and techniques
+ Ability toleverageand integrate various data management tools at scale – cloud experiencepreferred
+ Support an Agile software developmentlifecycle
+ You will contribute to the growth of ourAI &Data Exploitation Practice!

+ Ability to hold a position of public trust with the US government.
+ 5-7years industry experiencedevelopingML/AI solutionsand a passion for solving complex problems.
+ 5-7years direct experience in Data Modeling and Data Solution Development
+ 1+ year performing queue modeling and survivalanalysis
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science/statistics, information systems, engineering, business, or a scientific or technical discipline
+ Demonstrated experience manipulating structured and unstructured data foranalysis
+ Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, R,Scala,Java, or similar language
+ Experience using Python to manipulate large datasets
+ Experience withDevSecOps,as it applies to datascience
+ Demonstrated experience with TensorFlow,Keras,Torch,or other Deep Learning toolsandframeworks
+ Demonstrated experience in big data systems including Hadoop, Spark, Scala
+ Data visualization skills in Tableau, Power BI, D3, ArcGIS, or similar
+ Experience with Git, Bash, Unix commands
+ Experience in Cloud analytics (AWS,Azure, or GCP) with tools such as AWSSageMaker, Azure HDInsight, etc.
+ Familiarity with Flask is aplus
+ Knowledge ofDBOpsandMLOpsframework is aplus
+ Experience withSolr, Elasticsearch, or similar tool is aplus

The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $190,000.
