• Design and/or create graphics to meet promotional needs of company dedicated to building cutting edge scaling solutions for Ethereum to actively shape the future of blockchain technologies.
  
  
• Create concepts and designs to translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive visual explanations and infographics that make Arbitrum accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  
• Determine layout design of educational materials that clearly communicate the benefits of scaling solutions and other technical topics comparing to other blockchain technologies.
  
  
• Create visual assets for blockchain conferences, developer documentation, and technical whitepapers.
  
  
• Create, refine, and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines, typographic systems, and visual identity standards.
  
  
• Design and produce visual content for marketing materials, digital interfaces, and branded experiences, ensuring alignment with overall brand aesthetics and communication goals for target audiences.
  
  
• Develop original graphic design solutions that reflect brand identity and support strategic marketing goals.
  
  
• Drive creative consistency across company touchpoints while enabling the brand to evolve.
  
  Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
  
  
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on work.Ensure brand alignment with external design agencies and contractors.
  
  
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that can be implemented across various platforms.
  
  
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate design decisions clearly.
  
  
• Stay current with industry trends and bring fresh perspectives to visual identity.
  
  
• Own the quality and success of major design initiatives from concept to completion.
  
  
• Position is 100% remote and reports to HQ in New York, NY.
  
  Salary: $176,800 - $201,200 per year.
  
  

• Masters degree or U.S. equivalent in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
  
  
• Plus 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Technical Illustrator, or any occupation, job title, position working with design projects from concept to completion.
  
  

• 3 years of professional experience utilizing industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma;
• 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, typography, and branding systems work including static and animated content for social media platforms, digital graphics for display networks and social ads, design layouts and visuals for email marketing campaigns, design branded presentation decks, design marketing assets for events, conferences, and branded swag, design landing page visuals, design editorial graphics for blog posts, and design data visualizations to display technical or blockchain metrics;
• 3 years of professional experience designing digital and physical applications;
• 3 years of professional experience implementing brand guidelines at scale and translating complex technical concepts into clear and engaging visual communications;
• 3 years of professional experience balancing creative exploration with business objectives and presenting and defending design decisions;
• 2 years of professional experience performing senior-level art and design in the tech or fintech industry;
• 2 years of professional experience handling blockchain user experience challenges and addressing adoption barriers;
• 2 years of professional experience representing technical blockchain data and metrics through data visualization; and
• 1 year of professional experience utilizing Arbitrum and Ethereum ecosystems.
