Clean Harbors is looking for a **Senior** **Director of Pricing & Commercial Operations** to join our safety conscious team! The Senior Director plays a critical leadership role in driving margin expansion, pricing discipline, and commercial execution across Industrial Services.

This role oversees key pricing, quoting, and rebate management processes while providing executive-level guidance to Sales, Operations, and Finance.

The Senior Director will lead cross-functional teams, own cradle-to-grave accountability for rebates and profit models, and drive process improvements through data-driven decision making.

+ Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
+ Ensure compliance with contribution margin and EBITDA guidelines per IS Pricing Approval Matrix.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and PIT teams as part of the IS Deal Team to complete profit models and labor rate build-ups.
+ Maintain and update offline IS profit models across all IS Lines of Business.
+ Lead the Industrial Services West Quote Team, including review and approval of quotes.
+ Drive turnaround time compliance and elevate quote accuracy, quality, and strategic pricing consistency.
+ Manage pricing/commercial dashboards, whitespace analysis, and customer data analytics for Sales leadership.
+ Drive ad hoc initiatives and cross-functional projects to optimize commercial strategy.
+ Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on contract governance, pricing execution, and margin improvement.
+ Own all aspects of Industrial Services rebates from design through execution.
+ Manage monthly reserve calculations, annual rebate value reporting, and finalizations activities for CAMs/DSMs.
+ Ensure audit readiness by overseeing customer payroll and rebate audit requests, leveraging GCC administrative support.
+ Represent HPC in customer rebate discussions and labor audit responses.
+ Other duties as assigned.

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business or related required.

Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
+ 10-20 years of relevant experience.
+ Industry experience.
+ Ability to understand an issue and address/resolve strategically.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
+ Extremely organized and attention to detail.
+ Strong presentation skills.
+ Ability to travel 20%.
