**The Job:**

As a Job **Senior Engineering Technician – Battery Management Systems** , you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Team working as an on-site.

**You’ll get to:**

+ Prototype, assemble, and test electronic controls and circuit boards.
+ Perform thermal testing of electronic assemblies.
+ Graph and provide basic analysis of test data.
+ Document new test procedures; follow and report test plan results.
+ Utilize available resources effectively.
+ Effectively communicate status of active programs.

+ Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or similar Technical Field.
+ 2+ years experience in Electronics Technician or related position required.
+ Experience with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly, surface mount soldering, and electronics prototyping.
+ Ability to read and interpret designs/schematics and troubleshoot circuit problems including failure analysis.
+ Proficient with multimeters, power supplies, and multi-channel oscilloscopes.
+ Capable of analyzing data and graphing results.
+ Understanding of lithium batteries and their management, and general mechanical principles a plus.

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $51,600.00 - $92,900.00 per year.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
