This role will play a critical part in driving strategic business decisions, financial planning, and operational excellence across the organization.

To be successful in this role, the Senior FP&A Analyst must be a critical thinker, skilled communicator, and collaborative partner who can deliver clear financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in creating value and positioning our company as a leader in the IT solutions market.What you’ll do as the Senior FP&A Analyst:
  • Prepare and support materials for executive reporting, including C-suite and Board of Directors with clear, data-driven insights
  • Develop and implement financial reporting and forecasting processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance metrics.

    Help us understand where we have room for improvement across the P&L
  • Partner with leadership to develop and maintain company-wide financial models, forecasts, budgets, and proformas
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, recommending initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Accounting to align financial and operational goals
  • Identify and streamline processes, drive standardization and build scalable solutions to support our next phase of elevated growth and scale
  • Leverage BI tools (., Power BI, Tableau) to deliver dynamic dashboards and enhance reporting accuracy
  • Continuously improve the accuracy and integrity of financial data, reporting systems, and performance management processes
  • What you will bring to the team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance or related field (preferably in tech or IT solutions)
  • General knowledge of accounting, financial, operational and budgeting principles
  • Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance, with a strong sense of curiosity
  • Advance computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to independently develop processes and deliverables from general direction
  • Attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and strategic impact
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with Workday Adaptive financial planning
  • Experience with IT services pricing (consulting, integration, cloud services, and knowledge of various pricing models (fixed-price, time and materials, subscription,
