Job description Infosys is seeking a skilled Java/JavaScript/Angular Lead to support and enhance enterprise web applications.
This role involves working on front-end and back-end components, resolving production issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring performance and security compliance in a regulated environment.You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
You will help to develop, maintain, and support web applications using Java, JavaScript, spring boot and Angular technologiesRequired Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX/ Raleigh, NC/ Indianapolis, IN/ Hartford, CT/Tempe, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Expertise in RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
At least 4 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §.15.
U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with Angular 12+ and modern JavaScript frameworksFamiliarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architectureExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM toolsAerospace or government contracting domain experienceStrong problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP guidelinesExcellent working knowledge of the application support process including ITIL process.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIsExperience with SQL Server and writing complex queries/stored proceduresThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
