**About the Global IT SOX Team**

The Global IT SOX team safeguards Walmart’s financial reporting environment by ensuring robust IT controls and compliance with PCAOB standards.

As part of this high-impact group, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT processes with industry best practices, supporting the integrity and scalability of Walmart’s control environment worldwide.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Lead and oversee IT general controls (ITGCs) and IT dependencies for annual SOX compliance.
+ Collaborate with risk, technology, and business teams to align IT controls with PCAOB standards.
+ Scope and execute the annual SOX program, identifying key systems and controls.
+ Assess control effectiveness, report findings, and advise on remediation strategies.
+ Support and enhance IT SOX frameworks during business transformations and modernization initiatives.

**What You’ll Bring**

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer information systems, or related field.
+ At least five years in public accounting or a related industry; CPA or CISA preferred.
+ Deep expertise in ITGC domains, SOX compliance, and PCAOB standards.
+ Proven ability to evaluate control design, identify risks, and implement scalable solutions.
+ Strong communication skills to influence and advise cross-functional stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area.

1 year’s supervisory experience.
