**About the Team**
Walmart’s Corporate Development team is a small, high-performing group that partners with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic M&A initiatives.

The team’s mission is to drive value through acquisitions, investments, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, supporting Walmart’s growth and innovation goals.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll collaborate with business and functional leaders, as well as external partners, to deliver impactful results.

**What You'll Do**

+ Engage with Walmart business leaders to develop M&A strategy, identify and assess potential inorganic growth opportunities, and build consensus.
+ Develop and manage relationships with investment banking, private equity, and venture capital investors in retail, digital media, supply chain, and emerging technologies.
+ Lead all transaction-related financial modeling and valuation analysis to support deal execution.
+ Manage the diligence process by partnering with internal teams (legal, accounting, tax) and external advisors.
+ Build presentations for senior leadership that convey effective narratives, outline strategic trade-offs, and drive executive decision-making.
+ Support the Integration/Separation team on post-close planning and execution.

**What You’ll Bring**

+ Experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a strong track record in M&A execution.
+ Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to analyze complex transactions and present clear recommendations.
+ Strong relationship management skills, with experience engaging both internal stakeholders and external partners.
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of building compelling narratives for senior executives.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Collaborative mindset with a focus on driving results and supporting team success.
