Senior Manager, IT Operations & Support Services Job Opening In Vienna Virginia – Now Hiring 4 Corner Resources


Job description

Job Title: Sr. Manager, IT Operations & Support Services

Location: Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC (Hybrid – Remote flexibility available)

Salary Range:





  • Vienna, VA: $153,000 – $175,000 annually



  • Raleigh, NC: $133,000 – $154,000 annually



Bonus: Up to 15% based on individual and company performance




Introduction

Our client is seeking a Sr. Manager, IT Operations & Support Services to oversee the effective delivery of IT services across the organization.

This position will manage the Service Desk, NOC/SOC, and Healthcare Medical Devices Support teams while driving transformation through Artificial Intelligence integration, enhanced observability tools, and process automation.

This hybrid role is based out of Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC, with relocation support available for qualified candidates.




Required Qualifications



  • 8+ years of experience leading onshore and offshore service desk, NOC/SOC, and support teams across modern cloud and legacy environments




  • Proven success working in a multi-location retail environment (100+ locations required)




  • Experience in healthcare and medical devices support (preferred)




  • Servant leadership approach with a strong customer-first mindset




  • Strong hands-on execution across technologies and stakeholder groups




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt to both technical and non-technical audiences




  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to establish structure and processes in evolving or undefined settings




  • Working knowledge of multiple technology stack layers and business/financial principles




  • Ability to manage HIPAA/HITECH, PCI DSS, and U.S. data/privacy compliance




  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment






Day-to-Day Responsibilities



  • Lead the Service Desk and Healthcare Medical Devices Support teams, fostering collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders




  • Oversee daily operations handling 300+ support requests, including incidents, service requests, problem management, and asset management




  • Ensure delivery of IT services aligns with SLAs and customer satisfaction goals by monitoring performance metrics




  • Drive process improvements by leveraging analytics, automation, and system optimizations




  • Participate in change and release management across legacy and cloud environments




  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and skill development opportunities for team members




  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee MSPs to ensure effective service delivery




  • Lead procurement, budget tracking, and coordination of clinical equipment and IT assets




  • Communicate organization-wide during major incidents and outages, ensuring clear updates




  • Continuously evaluate and improve workflows, encouraging automation adoption for routine tasks
