We’re looking for a Senior Manager, System Administration, to lead the modernization of our global infrastructure operations, spanning 15,000+ on-premises servers and a rapidly expanding multi-cloud ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll shape the next generation of our infrastructure strategy.

You’ll build high-performing teams, drive automation at scale, and deliver a seamless, reliable experience for our global business partners.

Your leadership will help Epsilon run faster, smarter, and more securely — enabling innovation across every client solution we deliver.

**What You’ll Achieve**

+ Lead a global Windows and Linux operations team responsible for high-volume, mission-critical infrastructure.
+ Champion an automation-first mindset that reduces manual effort, improves uptime, and accelerates delivery.
+ Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Engineering teams to evolve our hybrid environment into a modern, self-healing ecosystem.
+ Introduce AI-driven observability, orchestration, and incident-response capabilities that elevate reliability and speed.
+ Create a culture of operational excellence — blending technical depth with accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**Who You Are**

+ **What You’ll Bring with You**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
+ 12+ years in infrastructure operations, including 3+ years leading global or cross-functional teams.
+ Proven success managing enterprise-scale hybrid environments across data centers and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
+ Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
+ Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks with focus on SLA adherence.
+ Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic.
+ Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging engineers, executives, and customers alike.
+ A leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, simplifying operations, and developing high-impact teams.
+ **Why You Might Stand Out from Other Talent**
+ Certifications in ITIL, AWS/GCP, Red Hat, or Windows Administration.
+ Experience with Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and hybrid cloud orchestration.
+ A track record of leading customer-facing operations or modernization initiatives that delivered measurable impact.
