**Position Summary...**
An AV operational meeting room manager oversees the smooth functioning of audio-visual (AV) systems in meeting rooms, ensuring equipment is reliable, user-friendly, and optimized for effective communication and collaboration.

**What you will do:**

AV System Management:

+ **Installation and Configuration:** Setting up and configuring AV equipment (projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems, etc.).

+ **Maintenance and Troubleshooting:** Regularly checking equipment, resolving technical issues, and ensuring systems are functioning optimally.

+ **Equipment Updates and Upgrades:** Staying current with the latest AV technologies and recommending upgrades to improve performance.

Meeting Room Support:

+ **Technical Assistance:** Providing on-site and remote technical support to users during meetings and events.

+ **User Training:** Conducting training sessions to help users understand how to operate AV equipment effectively.

+ **Meeting Room Setup:** Assisting with setting up meeting rooms for different types of meetings, presentations, and events.

Collaboration and Communication:

+ **Working with IT and Facilities:** Collaborating with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless integration of AV systems with other technologies.

+ **Communicating with Stakeholders:** Keeping stakeholders informed about AV system status, issues, and improvements.

AV Asset Management:

+ **Inventory and Tracking:** Maintaining accurate inventory of AV equipment and tracking its usage.

+ **Budgeting and Procurement:** Assisting with budgeting for AV equipment and procurement.

Meeting Room Booking and Scheduling:

+ **Integration with Booking Systems:** Working with meeting room booking systems to ensure accurate scheduling and availability of AV equipment.

+ **Resource Management:** Managing the availability of AV resources and equipment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 5 years’experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.Option 2: 7 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization relatedtechnologies.

2 years’ supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 3 Years of relevant experience in configuration management, developing automation for Provisioning and Orchestration, experience developing and managing service-level objectives (SLOs)/service level indicators (SLIs) for Infrastructure Service availability and performance, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
