**How will you make an impact in this role?**
Enterprise Data Management & Products (EDMP), a key part of our Enterprise Technology Services organization, focuses on delivering data products that fuel business growth and unlock value, while also shaping robust data management strategies and governance solutions.

The Enterprise Data Office (EDO) is part of Enterprise Data Management & Products (EDMP).

Our aim is to propel growth, unlock potential, enhance efficiency, manage risk, and foster talent.

By prioritizing enterprise growth across all sectors, we create solutions that enhance satisfaction and value, streamline operations for scalability, and maintain trust and security.
American Express continues to invest in enterprise data management, and as part of the journey, the Enterprise Data Office is seeking a Senior Manager to drive training and program integration.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Drive development and management of the data management training strategy for the Enterprise Data Office - designing a scalable and cohesive learning and development plan that addresses skills gaps across Enterprise business and technology teams.
+ Build and socialize strategic roadmap and implementation plan for learning & development initiatives coming out of the EDOOwn the full end-to-end program execution of data management-related learning & development initiatives
+ Conduct learning needs analyses and gap assessments - define learner personas, and map tailored journey paths that align with data-management related role roles and skills gaps.
+ Enforce instructional design standards, content quality, and governance and regulatory updates into learning contentPartner with business and technology leaders to ensure the right audiences are identified and enrolled in the data training program aligned to their roles and responsibilities and learning needs.
+ Establish and own key training metrics and evaluation processes to measure effectiveness, track adoption, and ensure learners meet enterprise data standards and proficiency goals per regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate across EDO teams, Enterprise teams, and senior leadership to generate buy-in, align with broader organizational change management efforts, and integrate training efforts with enterprise initiatives, including communications, policy, and governance.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ 4 years of experience focused on learning and development and / or training strategy and planning.
+ 2 years in program management for cross-functional initiatives .
+ Bachelor’s degree.
**Preferred Qualifications:** Significant experience identifying learning needs, developing learner personas, mapping learner journeys, and using them to drive targeted content design and delivery
+ Experience as a Learning & Development consultant, advising clients on strategic approaches for training and development programs.
+ Expert knowledge of adult learning theories (ADDIE), instructional design, and current best practices in learning.
+ Detail oriented with a high degree of personal accountability; strong self-starter with an ability to autonomously multi-task and meet competing deadlines.
+ Experience at large US and /or global financial institutions.
+ Experience managing critical and time-sensitive deliverables in highly regulated environments
+ Proven ability to lead, influence and motivate stakeholders within and outside of your direct authority to achieve aggressive goals.
+ Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts in a manner consumable by a broad stakeholder base, including a senior executive audience.
+ Experience in an environment with ambiguity, using structure, influence, and prioritization to keep the work and team on track.
+ Familiarity with eLearning software (Articulate 360, SCORM/xAPI basics, multimedia production, and LMS integration

**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
