About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for raising the bar on the quality of our analysis and decision making within the Go-to-Market team.

You will partner closely with our Director of Performance Marketing to own and uplevel our marketing attribution systems, deep dive into customer acquisition funnels, and improve the overall efficiency of our growth machine.

You will report to the Marketing Analytics Manager.

You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

What You’ll Do

  • Own, iterate and improve upon our geo-lift testing program and media mix model
  • Work in our existing analytics codebase to maintain and improve our multi-touch attribution model
  • Define and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, such as CAC, LTV and payback period
  • Serve as a thought partner to the performance marketing leadership in deciding how to strategically grow our customer base
  • Partner with Data Platform and peer Analytics teams to implement best-in-class analytical frameworks and testing structure across our data stack
  • What We’re Looking For 

  • 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, 2+ years in a marketing analytics or science role, ideally at a SaaS company
  • Strong working knowledge of stats (regression, conversation rate modeling, A/B testing, media mix modeling, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • A demonstrated self-starter with strong communication and project management skills
  • Excitement about working in for a a high-paced, fast-changing start-up and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get foundational work done
  • Proficiency with dbt, Looker or data visualization tools is preferred

  • The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $144,000-$170,000 + target equity + benefits.

    The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education.

    The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
