The Siri Attention and Invocation team is the front door to Siri.

We make sure all our Apple costumers can invoke Siri how and when they want to.

**Description**
As part of the Data and Tooling team, you will help us create the data and infrastructure ecosystem needed to support our ML development and continuously improve our features.
We take full end-to-end ownership of our services and data products, driving them through every stage meticulously, encompassing conception, design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance.

As a result, each one of us takes our responsibilities seriously.

In this team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex problems in close partnership with our ML Modeling teams, Infrastructure, Software, Hardware and Operations.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ At least 4+ years of relevant industry experience with the following:
+ Strong background in computer science: algorithms, data structures and system design
+ In-depth knowledge and experience with the following technologies: Python, Docker, Cloud Infrastructure, Spark
+ Expertise in developing and debugging software service stacks
+ Excellent interpersonal skills able to work independently as well as cross-functionally
+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Familiar with one of the popular ML Frameworks like Pytorch, Tensorflow
+ Familiar with workflow orchestrators like Airflow or Kubeflow
+ Developed tools and services to optimize ML systems beyond model selection

**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

The base pay range for this role is between $171,600 and $258,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.

Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
