Title: Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator
Status: Full-time, Onsite
Location: Niceville, FL
Salary: Salary to be discussed with a Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter
Bonus: Annual reviews and bonus incentives (BIPs)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator to provide advanced IT support for classified operations in a secure government environment.

This role requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and involves supporting the full lifecycle of IT systems, including planning, deployment, operations, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
The selected candidate will join a collaborative team supporting mission-critical defense programs, working alongside both military and civilian personnel to maintain and optimize secure IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement hardware, software, and systems specifications and configurations.
  • Apply patches, updates, and compliance fixes to maintain system security.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server (2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016), and client systems across multiple networks.
  • Provide user support for account management, enterprise applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Collaborate with Information System Security Officers (ISSO) for secure data transfers and media creation.
  • Manage and coordinate user account creation, access, and modifications.
  • Perform system maintenance and other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship (mandatory due to clearance requirements).
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility, with willingness to undergo a counterintelligence polygraph.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II (or higher) certification.
  • Education/Experience:
    • High School Diploma + 10 years of IT experience, -OR-
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field + 8 years of IT experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in one or more areas such as:
    • Microsoft Windows Server
    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux
    • Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Xen)
    • Enterprise networking, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems
    • Forensic analysis, vulnerability assessment, and scripting

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with: BMC Footprints, WSUS, Lumension, Bitlocker, SQL Server 2012, TomCat, IIS, and Windows Server 2012R2/2016.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., LogRhythm), ACAS/Nessus/SCAP, and role-based access control (SELinux, AppArmor, etc.).
  • Knowledge of video teleconferencing, VOIP systems, Oracle/MS SQL database security, and Apache/IIS web server security.
  • Previous defense industry experience working in government or military environments.
