Position Summary Walmart Connect is the retail media business within Walmart, Inc.

As a Walmart Connect PLUS (Paid Leave United Support) Sales Partner, you're in the right place at the right time to ride the retail media trend at the largest retailer in the world.

It's your opportunity to bring to life full-funnel performant advertising solutions for brands across categories you will manage.

You will be a consultative sales partner to your clients, Merchandising partners, and Marketing support to grow your clients business and drive revenue at Walmart.

You will drive client meetings with a particular focus on providing expertise for our PLUS ad products.

Your primary goal will be increasing adoption of our ad products by acting as a connective tissue between Walmart Connect teams (Sales and Product) and our advertisers.

You will have the opportunity to make an impact at a senior stakeholder level as a member of cross-functional teams.
What you'll do Consult with cross-functional partners to create custom advertising solutions that address both short-term and long-term customer needs.
Communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments or specialties to leverage strengths and achieve common goals.
Articulate ideas, plans, and priorities to team members across functions and incorporate feedback into sales strategies and objectives.
Manage financial results in an assigned area, including revenue generation, budgeting, and cost efficiency; implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and meet/exceed targets.
Leverage data and metrics to analyze problems, evaluate solutions, and apply sales knowledge to drive outcomes; differentiate symptoms from root causes for effective problem-solving.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues; address conflicts proactively to maintain professionalism.
Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, developing plans, removing barriers, allocating resources, and measuring progress; adapt and support continuous learning.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including training, mentoring, performance management, recognition, and fostering a culture of belonging.
Promote and support company policies, ethics, integrity, and Open Door Policy; ensure compliance and accountability.
Evaluate ongoing plans and programs, solicit stakeholder input, and apply improvements for efficiency and cost effectiveness; participate in community outreach events.

Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (e.g., television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
