Overview
We are seeking a senior developer to join our dynamic team.
The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
The ideal candidate will have significant working experience with all of these Microsoft technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Azure AI Studio, Co-Pilot and DataVerse as well as proficiency in one other language, such as Python.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development projects.Architect, design, develop, and maintain software applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Azure AI Studio, Co-Pilot and/or DataVerse to create innovative and efficient solutions.Provide expert knowledge to coach and/or aid other Power Platform developers.Provide class instruction to new developers, as needed.Assist in formulation of best practices and other technical guidance.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure quality and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, performing root cause analysis when necessary.Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and deliverables.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in relevant technologies.Collaborate with other team members and provide technical guidance and support.Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field, or equivalent experience.5+ years' experience developing software with primary focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Azure AI Studio.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in one software development language, such as Python.Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Mental Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.Skilled in iterative development cycles with frequent releases and experience with “Scrum” methodologies.Experience with healthcare data, preferred.
Knowledge of public cloud (AWS/OCI), preferred.Experience operating in an Agile environment, preferred.Experience testing web application built on Angular, preferred.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.No adverse environmental conditions expected.Base compensation ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 per year.
Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
