OCI Infrastructure Capacity Management is currently in need of a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing team.

The TPM will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI.

This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems through process improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement in systems/tools.

Initial focus will be on driving programs and improvement related to rack ingestion, capacity delivery, and on-time performance.

The role is highly visible and will be required to effectively communicate status at an executive level.


Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years relevant work experience in program/project management 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain or relevant
  • Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
  • Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations
  • High ownership with a strong bias for action
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
  • Understanding of datacenter operations, networking, server rack ingestion/installation, supply chain, and/or capacity delivery is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors
  • Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail
  • Ability to think broadly and strategically
  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
  • Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
  • Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
  • Specific responsibilities for this role include:

  • Drive critical cross-org programs, process, and product initiatives
  • Work across various organizations to determine feasibility and timelines
  • Understand critical path to scale and write proposals for strategic scaling initiatives
  • Organize cross-org activities ensuring completion of initiatives on schedule

    US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum.
