OCI Cloud Compute is looking for an analytics-oriented Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will be part of the team delivering industry leading AI and general IaaS offerings by driving critical projects for the Cloud Compute New Product Introduction (NPI) team.
This team is responsible for leading and delivering the introduction of all new cloud compute products and SKUs, including those leveraging CPUs, GPUs, and Storage, from roadmap forecasting, product definition, development, qualification, and manufacturing at scale, to general availability for customers.
This role will operate as a group leader across our organization, partnering with other leaders within Compute, Hardware Development, Supply Chain, Networking, Data Center, Region Build, Service Organizations, and Operations to define and iterate on new product processes, as well as drive critical NPI initiatives for complex cloud compute offerings.
This role requires the ability to work well with others (cross-functional engagement and unifying towards a common goal are regular activities), use high judgment and business acumen to clarify ambiguous project requirements and resolve issues, and manage up and down (reporting to both senior executives and directly enabling engineers).
The Cloud Compute organization operates in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment and requires the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, project planning, and the presentation of alternatives.
The successful candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically.
They will have wide-ranging experience, including hardware and software delivery, cloud hardware development, supply chain, networking, security, compliance, and deployment processes.

+ Manage the Cloud Compute NPI Program within the Compute organization, including:
+ Roadmap development, presentation, and execution
+ NPI process development, service team integration, process improvement
+ Cross-team risk and dependency management
+ Run multiple, potentially conflicting NPI projects independently, from scoping to execution, including executive project reporting.
+ Create presentations, documents, and other artifacts needed to communicate across the organization.
+ Help develop and maintain needed relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third parties.
+ Engage with sales teams and business leaders on aggregating long-term and short-term engineering and deployment needs.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of relevant work experience successfully delivering multiple new data center hardware platforms at scale.
+ Deep understanding of Compute and GPU hardware system design
+ Experience working cross-functionally to proactively recognize challenges and develop mitigation strategies towards the successful delivery of new cloud IaaS offerings.
+ Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering
+ Ability to effectively represent engineering perspectives to partner organizations, product teams, and executive leadership.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering staff at all levels, including the executive level.
+ Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands.
+ Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.

+ Experience with cloud services, virtualization, or SaaS products
+ Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
+ Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
+ Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels in the organization
+ Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling
+ Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence
+ Experience using Primavera or similar project, program, and portfolio management tools
+ Proficiency in Excel (e.g., PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros)

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum.
