**Senior Product Manager, AI/ML**

**Why We Have This Role**

We’re defining the future of AI-powered insights by working with both structured and unstructured data to transform the experience management category.

In this role, you will build and maintain strong business cases for products, including market opportunity models, user personas, and key use cases.

You’ll own the full product lifecycle across multiple functional areas from framing the problem and aligning the solution to planning, delivering, and iterating, ensuring our products become world-class offerings that meet real customer needs.

**How You’ll Find Success**

+ Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand enterprise customer needs and pain points related to AI.
+ Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps for the AI platform.
+ Prioritize features and functionality based on market research, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business goals.
+ Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define product specifications and ensure the platform meets customer requirements.
+ Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
+ Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
+ Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
+ Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in enterprise AI and translate them into product opportunities.
+ Create compelling product presentations and marketing materials to drive adoption of the AI platform.

**Things You’ll Do**

+ Develop & execute product strategy for AI powered experiences for Qualtrics products and services
+ Connect with customers and understand end-to-end scenarios that matter
+ Discover and prioritize feature requests from prospects/customers, analysts, internal sources, and the market
+ Write Product Investment Docs; turn these into prioritized roadmaps
+ Manage work and execute with excellence across product, engineering, UX design and research.
+ Know the numbers for your product and market trends better than anyone
+ Lead product launches including working with marketing to take new features and capabilities to market

**What We’re Looking for on Your Resume**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 5-8 years of experience in product management, with at least 1-2 year experience in a technical domain (AI/ML, software, data analytics preferred).
+ Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI or data-driven products.
+ Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape and the challenges faced by enterprise customers.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
+ Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
+ Experience working with data science and engineering teams is a plus.
+ Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.

_For full-time positions_ , this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.

A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer.
