Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Salesforce Product Manager to lead the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of Salesforce-based solutions across the enterprise.What You’ll Do:
Own and evolve the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and stakeholder needs for the Sales and Marketing teams.
Lead discovery and intake processes for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and new feature requests.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and third-party vendors to deliver high-impact solutions.
Drive adoption of Salesforce features through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor platform performance and usage metrics to inform continuous improvement.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales to optimize lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting workflows.
Support governance efforts including SLA definitions, lifecycle stage mapping, and queue management.
Champion automation and agentic workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
What You’ll Bring to Zelis:
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce platforms.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence preferred.
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data models, and integration strategies.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with agile methodologies and writing user stories.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant) a plus.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation platforms (e.g., Appfire, JPD, HubSpot) is a plus.
Pragmatic Marketing certifications a plus.
Strategic thinker with a “product mindset” focused on solving business problems through technology.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across teams.
Passionate about improving user experience and operational efficiency through Salesforce innovation.
Location and Workplace Flexibility
We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.

Base Salary Range
$115,000.00 - $153,000.00At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages.
The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc.
Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
