Senior Project Manager - Luxury Hospitality Design | Coral Gables, FL
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading luxury hospitality design firm, seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic and collaborative team in Coral Gables, FL.
This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives on managing complex hospitality design projects from concept to completion while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to established timelines, budgets, and EoA’s design standards.
This leadership role requires building and managing project teams, guiding communication with clients, and ensuring flawless project delivery.
You will:
Manage project development from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Work directly with Principals and clients to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and schedules.
Lead project teams with clarity, motivation, and accountability.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, setting clear expectations and resolving issues as they arise.
Develop and enforce project management tools, best practices, and execution strategies.
Oversee project scope, documenting and approving all changes with transparency and alignment.
Track milestones, budgets, and deliverables while reporting progress to Principals.
Ensure high standards of quality control are consistently achieved.
Archive and maintain thorough project documentation upon completion.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing large-scale hospitality design projects.
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations.
Strong knowledge of project management tools/software.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate design teams.
Confidence in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
