**Job Description**
We are seeking an exceptionally qualified Senior Structural Engineer to serve as Design Liaison and Project Manager.

The selected professional will be responsible for coordinating critical design reviews by a multi-disciplined team of engineers and ensuring strict compliance with NJ Turnpike and NJDOT design criteria and processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Function as the primary liaison between the client, design teams, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
+ Oversee and manage all phases of the project from initial design conception through final construction, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
+ Rigorously coordinate design reviews and ensure all designs meticulously adhere to NJ Turnpike standards.
+ Provide authoritative leadership to a multi-disciplined team of engineers, offering expert guidance and support to maintain project integrity.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and documentation with utmost precision and attention to detail.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ BA/BS plus eight years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 15 years of experience in civil engineering.
+ Experience with NJ Turnpike and NJDOT projects.
+ Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
**Additional Information**
+ Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
+ Relocation is not available for this position.
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.

The expected range is $180,000.00 - $250,000.00.
