Job description Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead with experience in Python and AWS.

The role holder will be a key player working in an agile environment delivering technical expertise in design, development, coding, unit testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software.

He demonstrates broad knowledge of highly complex business processes, conducts highly complex business process analysis, assessments, and leads/participates in design sessions with Architects in order to align digital solutions with business initiatives.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.

This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.Expert-level proficiency in Python 3.x and Python frameworksExperience with key AWS services like Compute: Lambda, ECS, Storage: S3Experience in Databases: DynamoDB, Snowflake Preferred skills and experiences: Networking: VPC, 53, CloudFront, API GatewayDevOps/CI-CD: CloudFormation, CDKSecurity: IAM, KMS, Secrets ManagerMonitoring: CloudWatch, X-Ray, CloudTrailNoSQL Database like Cassandra, PostGreSQLDesigning and implementing distributed systems and microservicesExperience with REST APIs and/or GraphQLCaching strategies using Redis, Memcached, or similarScalability, high availability, and fault tolerance best practicesStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsAbility to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineersComfortable working in agile teams with modern development practicesExperience with data engineering tools or ML platforms (e.g., Pandas, Airflow, SageMaker)Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., Go, TypeScript)AWS certificationExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
