About the Team
The Revenue Operations Team (e.g. “RevOps”) is composed of innovative members driven to solve some of the more unique challenges within DoorDash.

Our team is responsible for the overall effectiveness and productivity of the organization, and we do this cross-functionally within DoorDash to advance initiatives.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team that is responsible for implementing, testing, maintaining, and upgrading our Salesforce platform using advanced development processes to enhance our User Experience (UI focused) using custom Lightning components, Apex, and any other relevant areas of SFDC customization.

You will collaborate with other RevOps team members to support our customer journey and our rapidly growing Go To Market teams.

You will be responsible for understanding the business context for our users in order to optimize and scale our Salesforce platform to keep up with our ever changing and expanding business.

This position will report to the Director, Revenue Operations.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

+ Collaborate with RevOps team to gather business requirements and evaluate all best practice development considerations (optimization, security, scalability, limits, etc) needed for SFDC UI and development work

+ Design and manage custom User Interface development, including (but not limited to) Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components

+ Support and enhance Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce in order to meet and support business requirements

+ Optimize existing code base through evaluation and implementation of efficient and best practice techniques

+ Integrate and maintain business applications to Salesforce, such as various homegrown systems, database integrations, and business intelligence applications, etc.

+ Collaborate with other developers to build and maintain best in class DevOps practices to enhance our development and release processes

+ Maintain code documentation and write / maintain test classes for all custom development

+ Test and debug active development as well as production issues

We’re excited about you because…

+ You have 4+ years of expertise implementing and developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Java

+ Salesforce certifications in JavaScript Developer 1 & Platform Developer 1 at a minimum

+ Extensive experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud

+ General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript

+ Experience with API integrations and integration platforms

+ Collaborative and able to work across multiple teams

+ Capable of understanding and meeting competing priorities in a cross-functional work environment

+ Familiarity with agile software development methodologies

+ Obsessed with optimization and constant improvement

+ Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications

+ Experience working with large data sets and “bulkification”

+ Ability to gather requirements and present solutions and insights to key stakeholders

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location.

Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.

See below for paid time off details:


+ For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

+ For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).


The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

$114,900 — $169,000 USD
