We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our content engineering team.

As a remote-first company, youll collaborate with our remote team to develop security content that enhances our customers experience.

Role *

The Senior Security Engineer will focus on research and development in DevSecOps and Cloud-Native Technologies.

You will also support security professionals from Fortune 500, defense, and other IT security organizations by creating advanced, hands-on security content.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work methodically within a team are essential.

Key *

  • Assist security professionals and developers in SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration, verification, and maintenance of the DevSecOps environment.
  • Integrate security into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
  • Create new hands-on lessons and content.
  • Develop tools to facilitate and accelerate content release.
  • Maintain and update existing courses, lessons, and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to scale, streamline, and improve business processes.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Support users by addressing questions through support forums.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • 5+ years of experience in application or product security roles.
  • Interest in cutting-edge security technologies like DevSecOps, Cloud Native, and Zero Trust.
  • Strong understanding of application security concepts and tools.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Ability to produce detailed technical guides and presentations.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to assume additional responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
