**Senior Security Engineer IS – Identity & Access Management**



**We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Security Engineer with a passion for Authentication and Identity technologies to join our Enterprise Security & Infrastructure organization.

The ideal candidate has experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide identity solutions.

A successful engineer in this role will maintain awareness of new security and authentication trends, research, evaluate, design, and recommend technical security solutions for the enterprise.**



**Security Engineers are responsible for researching, evaluating, and designing technical security solutions for the enterprise in support of the Enterprise Security & Infrastructure (ESI); providing technical security assessment support; developing, maintaining, and monitoring an effective Information Security program to provide logical and physical protection of the company's technical resources.

Enterprise accountabilities include executing security engineering practices for IS projects; conduct product research and participate in the selection process of technologies to support security requirements; establish technical security guidance, provisioning of access by ensuring the proper access to all types of enterprise applications and data communications systems and services for each customer.**

**Please note the following important details regarding this position:**



+ Flexibility to work a rotational on-call schedule to support system availability, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure continuity of IT operations outside of standard business hours

+ Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements



**Required Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering **-OR-** a combination of equivalent education and work experience

+ 5 or more years of related experience

+ Experience collaborating on:

+ Security solution designs for the TCP/IP protocol suite

+ LAN/WAN technologies

+ Switching

+ Routing

+ VoIP and Telephony technologies

+ Firewalls and VPN

+ Intrusion prevention systems (IPS)

+ Vulnerability assessment and patch management tools

+ Functional experience designing security controls and countermeasures for operating systems, databases, applications, web services, user devices, and wireless networks



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Upon Hire: CISSP, CEH, or equivalent

+ Experience working in a Healthcare environment

+ 5 or more years of Identity and Access Management experience

+ Coding / Scripting experience

+ Experience supporting 10,000 or more accounts in an enterprise environment

+ Subject matter expert in Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Enterprise Application and Application Registration, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access Policies, PKI, Imprivata EAM

+ Automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Graph API, AI

+ Agile SCRUM, scrum master experience

+ Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause diagnosis skills

+ Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
