**Job Overview**

**Position Schedule:** Full-Time

The Senior Segmentation Strategist within the Advisor Segmentation team is responsible for leading the development, adoption, and delivery of strategic playbooks that drive segmentation strategies across the branch network.

Reporting to the Advisor Segment Leader for each advisor segment team, this role focuses on owning the strategic direction for their assigned segment, including defining needs, behaviors, and value, and driving alignment across matrixed teams to deliver impactful interventions.

This role provides business and thought leadership to accelerate progress on firm outcomes and improve the effectiveness and impact of the FA Segmentation function.

**Hiring Maximum:** $143100

**Skills/Requirements**

+ 3-5 years of expertise in segmentation modeling and data-driven decision-making
+ Familiarity with financial services industry standards, regulations, and practices.
+ Advanced knowledge of segmentation frameworks, criteria design, and implementation.
+ Experience developing and deploying strategic playbooks.
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Series 7 and Series 66 preferred.
+ CFP or ChFC preferred.

**Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status.

Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.**
