**Job Overview**

**Position Schedule:** Full-Time

This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 16-Oct-2025.

The Senior Segmentation Strategist within the Advisor Segmentation team is responsible for leading the development, adoption, and delivery of strategic playbooks that drive segmentation strategies across the branch network.

Reporting to the Advisor Segment Leader for each advisor segment team, this role focuses on owning the strategic direction for their assigned segment, including defining needs, behaviors, and value, and driving alignment across matrixed teams to deliver impactful interventions.

This role provides business and thought leadership to accelerate progress on firm outcomes and improve the effectiveness and impact of the FA Segmentation function.

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.

Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates.

Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism.

Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing.

**Hiring Maximum:** $143100

**Skills/Requirements**

+ 3-5 years of expertise in segmentation modeling and data-driven decision-making
+ Familiarity with financial services industry standards, regulations, and practices.
+ Advanced knowledge of segmentation frameworks, criteria design, and implementation.
+ Experience developing and deploying strategic playbooks.
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Series 7 and Series 66 preferred.
+ CFP or ChFC preferred.
