This position is located in Arlington, VA; however a hybrid model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Solution Design: Develop and document detailed technical solutions, considering various factors like business requirements, technology standards, and potential risks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and potentially clients, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with overall architecture goals.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, including software and hardware, to meet project requirements within budgetary constraints.
• Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation process, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical standards.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document solution designs, best practices, and relevant knowledge to facilitate future projects and knowledge transfer.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 to 8 years of experience
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of various technologies, including cloud platforms (like AWS), software development methodologies, and system architectures.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex technical challenges.
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
