We're seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, Network Planning & Optimization to help design and execute our logistics and supply chain strategy, ensuring we meet critical business objectives while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
As a key senior analyst in the supply chain team, you will support the development and implementation of network strategies that align with growth objectives while balancing customer experience, service levels, and cost.
This role spans strategic planning horizons, from multi-year capital planning to bi-annual operational flow plans, enabling the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust models, deliver optimization insights, and align stakeholders on network strategies.
This role requires a mix of analytical skills, operational execution, and strong collaboration across multiple functions and geographies.
Responsibilities
 Strategic Network Design: Support development of comprehensive, end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with growth objectives.Optimize the network, including distribution centers, inventory strategy, and transportation flows.Use advanced modeling tools to evaluate trade-offs between fixed costs, production, transportation, and lead times.Analyze capacity requirements and support new facility planning (DC, FC, frozen, dry, RFG facilities) Replenishment Network Design & Optimization: Build and maintain network optimization models using tools like Llamasoft, Coupa, or similar.Develop network optimization models and present scenario results that evaluate tradeoffs between fixed costs vs production, transportation, and inventory variable costs and lead times.Leverage data to continuously enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.Configure Replenishment System network lanes, DC SKU vs FC SKU assignments, and sourcing optimization.Apply statistical inventory management concepts including cycle stock and safety stock calculations.Manage container ordering through Replenishment System, including container consolidation rules, MOQ constraints, and inventory health monitoring.Analyze Container Buy SKU inventory turns and performance, partnering with Merchandising to optimize SKU velocity and prevent excess inventory across regions Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Merchandising, Demand Planning, FP&A, Operations, and Process Engineering.Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align on strategies and drive execution.Manage S&OP data sources, dashboards, and metrics to ensure alignment with business needs and drive continuous improvements.Project manage Supply Chain Network Planning and Optimization projects, including new warehouse launches.Create structured business cases and presentations to gain leadership alignment on recommended optimization opportunities for network deployment strategies and long-term plans.Coordinate cross-functional teams during facility launch projects and maintain comprehensive project checklists. Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations management, or similar field5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related analytical rolesExperience with inventory management, replenishment systems, or network planning preferredExperience in retail, e-commerce, or grocery industry preferred Technical Skills: Understanding of supply chain fundamentals including replenishment, inventory management, demand forecasting, and transportationKnowledge of statistical inventory concepts (cycle stock, safety stock, service levels)Experience with container/bulk purchasing, MOQ constraints, and inventory health managementAdvanced analytics skills, including complex SQL (CTEs, complex joins, automation scripts), Excel, and data visualization toolsProgramming experience with R or Python for functional programming and automated analytics scriptsExperience with network modeling or optimization tools preferredFamiliarity with ERP systems and supply chain system integrations Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong project management abilities, adept at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data to make strategic decisions.Strong business acumen and communication skills to influence decision-making.Ability to deal with ambiguity, plan for success while being tenacious at mitigating failure, make decisions and drive, and above all, be a great partner.  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,500 - $118,500This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience and work locations.
