Senior UX Designer

50-60/hr on w-2 (No C2C)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end‑to‑end design work for a cross‑functional product team—shaping vision, setting priorities, and guiding execution.

  • Define design strategy that delivers measurable business and customer outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and researchers to translate insights into intuitive, elegant experiences.

  • Champion UX culture, process, and craft —mentoring teammates and elevating design standards across the organization.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional UX / product design experience (or comparable background).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Compelling online portfolio that demonstrates design thinking, process, and shipped work.

  • Proven success designing complex web, desktop, and native mobile experiences.

  • Hands‑on expertise in several of the following: visual design, information architecture, prototyping, conversational design, strategic design frameworks, content design, or user research.

  • Agile team experience —shipping increments of value through iterative discovery and delivery.

  • Comfort partnering with researchers to plan studies, synthesize data, and make evidence‑based decisions.

  • Solid grasp of design systems —knowing when to extend, when to reuse, and how to contribute components at scale.

  • Working knowledge of front‑end and native development constraints and possibilities.

  • Exceptional communication skills —able to present work, facilitate workshops, and engage stakeholders from engineers to executives.
