Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
Experience creating and launching new products from concept to launch.
Experience in product strategy and consumer product design.
Experience with prototyping and using GenAI tools and models.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.

Excellent storytelling and communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment and executive buy-in.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 bonus equity benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

Lead the UX definition and product idea for new GenAI viewer and creator experiences, working cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to align on a user-centered strategy.
Shape and execute the design for product launches, producing deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to find product-market fit.
Own the design process with little guidance, managing work across multiple projects.
Drive product innovation through active ideation, concept development, and user testing.
Build relationships with partners and contribute to a supportive UX culture that values critical feedback in the pursuit of excellence.
