+ 6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
+ Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.

+ Experience collaborating with executive UX, Product Managers and Engineers.

As a UX Program Manager (UX Programs & Operations), you will combine expert project management skills with a passion for user experience to help your team improve the design of products that are used by billions of users.

You’ll plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure projects meet deadlines.

You’ll harmonize the work of UX Designers, Researchers, Content Strategists, UX Engineers, and other UX disciplines, while also working closely with our Engineering and Product Manager cross-functional partners, to drive UX team objectives and create innovative experiences for our business, products, and users.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

**Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with UX leadership to define and deliver upon priorities, author and drive progress based on a clear brief, plan, schedule.

Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and executive management regarding program health, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
+ Ability to contextualize, translate, and communicate requirements to various groups and stakeholders.
+ Operate with an action bias, proactively identify issues and own the solutions that sustainably resolve them.

Proactively identify opportunities to, and implement solutions that, up-level design quality and productivity.
+ Drive effective decision-making (including but not limited to: requirements gathering, planning, resource allocation, and launch approvals) and efficient progress.
+ Partner with Technical Program Managers and Cross-functional counterparts, deliver work in a way that builds trust across teams such as Engineers and Product Managers, and across functions within UX.
