**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking a **Senior Web Application Developer** to join the **Fulfillment Process and Performance team** located in **Everett, WA or Renton WA.**

You will join our new Fulfillment Process & Performance Organization as our first Senior Web Application Developer.

We are a core team supporting all of BCA Fulfillment and Transportation.

The Process and Performance team leads system implementations and includes application product owners and data scientists.

We are looking for someone to lead us through transformation of our existing business owned web applications and websites with usability, maintainability and supportability in mind while advancing capabilities for our customers.

You will partner with customers and our IT organization to ensure that solutions follow enterprise standards for stability and security while meeting the needs of the business.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Lead and performs design, development, test, implementation and documentation of complex computing applications (existing and from scratch) with an eye toward maintainability and extensibility
+ Partner cross-functionally with business users to define application requirements and convert business requirements into technical solutions using appropriate application development technologies
+ Modify or enhance complex applications to extend functionality and improve performance
+ Identify and resolve complex programming or application architecture problems

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**

+ 7+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and integrating web applications
+ 5+ years of experience with Object Oriented Design and Programming in C# and .Net
+ 5+ years of experience with web front end technologies including HTML, CSS and Javascript
+ 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with end users to design solutions to meet customer requirements

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**

+ Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other technical degree
+ Experience with Python / Flask
+ Experience owning technical strategy and roadmap for application modernization
+ Experience migrating from Sharepoint solutions to production applications

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: **$121550 – 164,450**
