About the Company:

A global digital product engineering firm is seeking a seasoned Delivery Executive to lead and manage high-impact digital and ecommerce programs.

This role requires deep expertise in delivery oversight, client engagement, and cross-functional team leadership across onshore/offshore models.

The company is a high growth organization backed by a renowned global PE Investor.

Service Delivery Manager- Digital & Ecommerce

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for digital/ecommerce engagements.

  • Oversee delivery across functions including product management, content, QA, development, and business operations.

  • Ensure alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence.

  • Facilitate regular status updates and checkpoints with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Act as a bridge between onshore clients, product owners, developers, and offshore teams.

  • Provide oversight and mentorship to onshore and offshore delivery teams.

  • Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and recommend process improvements.

  • Lead customer support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Lead feature prioritization, development, and deployment aligned with long-term roadmaps.

Required Qualifications

  • 15–20 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years leading ecommerce teams.

  • Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated success in project execution and service delivery.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • SAP Commerce platform (Java-based) and leading CMS tools (e.g., Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager).

  • COTS platform experience is preferred

  • SaaS-based ecommerce solutions with B2B/B2C implementation experience.

  • Strong command of Jira Service Management, Atlassian dashboards, and metrics.

  • Deep understanding of ecommerce architecture, deployment, and release processes.

  • Agile methodologies (Scrum) and full SDLC experience.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PM², or Prince2 certification.

  • Agile Scrum certification.

  • ITIL (v3 or later) certification.

  • Cloud Foundation Certification (any provider).
