LaSalle Network is on the hunt for a Service Desk Technician for a logistics client in Itasca and Palatine, IL.
If you’ve got a passion for problem-solving, thrive in fast-moving environments and want to sharpen your IT skills, this role is for you.
You’ll configure devices, prep systems for shipment and keep tech running smoothly for a wide range of customers.
Service Desk Technician Responsibilities:
Configure Windows 10/11 systems and prepare them for end users
Set up, image and ship out devices
Install and troubleshoot peripherals (Konica, Zebra, etc.)
Work with Dell computers and related hardware
Support the IT team with day-to-day requests and projects
Service Desk Technician Requirements:
Basic Windows OS knowledge; imaging experience is a plus
Growth mindset with willingness to learn new tools and systems
Experience with CargoWise, AS400, O365 or Zoom is a strong advantage
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively
