Job Description:
Seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support for internal and external users in a fast-paced ITIL environment.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, managing service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate documentation.



Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience in customer support, handling client calls, and issue resolution.
