Service Dispatch Supervisor - Stanley Access Technologies, Columbus, OH

What You Will Do
Direct the activities of 10-25 service technicians and potentially 1 dispatcher, including sharing on-call duties.
Oversee and develop processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while maximizing revenue.
Meet or exceed regional service goals, including incoming business, sales, expense/revenue ratios, service delivery, and margin rates.
Build and lead high-performing teams by sourcing, hiring, training, and developing talent.
Provide leadership to ensure the profitable installation, maintenance, and repair of Stanley products, while growing the service customer base.
Analyze and implement process and productivity enhancements.
Lead and manage service technicians, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel.
Conduct audits of work orders for accuracy (e.g., part numbers, Door IDs, signatures, customer forms, PO numbers, NTE).
Perform ride-alongs to evaluate work practices, safety compliance, and customer interactions.

What You Need to Succeed:
High school diploma required; undergraduate degree (technical preferred, BSEE/BSME) preferred
A valid state driver’s license, without restrictions, is required for this position.
A clean driving record
Ability to work nights and/or weekends as necessary
Proven track record of success
Ability to work in a fast paced, chaotic environment
Proven team builder and player
Strong business acumen ( Drive productivity, P&L understanding, data analysis)
Demonstrated communication skills
Excellent team and interpersonal skills
Strong detail orientation
Strong computer skills ( Microsoft applications, SAP, Spreadsheets, word processing )
Additional Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Prior field sales or field service experience
Prior experience with high involvement work teams
