Service Dispatcher - First Shift

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians as calls are completed.
  • Manage schedules and communicate job status updates with customers and technicians.
  • Schedule return trips when parts are available.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with current information.
  • Keep customers informed on estimated arrival times and service schedules.
  • Assist technicians with quoting repairs as needed.
  • Order and stage parts for technician use.
  • Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles.
  • Previous dispatch or schedule coordination experience is preferred.
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus!
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and follow up effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and energetic attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
