Job Description:Hands on Expertise with Integrations with data ingestions systemsHands on Experience with DiscoveryEnsure the CI data is properly maintained and is available when and where it’s neededDevelop, document, and implement CI data governance processes and procedures for effectively managing CI dataEnsure that the CMDB effectively supports other ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Mgt.Develop and monitor CI data health reports / dashboards and resolve any issuesEnsure the quality of the CMDB data is maintained and that target metrics are established and met, resolving issues in a timely mannerProactively identify CI classes, attributes, and relationship types that are requiredProactively identify and resolve CI data, metric, process, or functionality gaps in the CMDBEnsure the CIs are created or updated using only approved processes and proceduresDevelop, document, and implement CI data audits and address any issues that ariseEvaluate enhancement requests and identify appropriate solutionsProviding leadership when implementing new requirements on the Now PlatformContributing to the governance processesQualifications:Engineering Degree, ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, experience with ServiceNow enterprise architecture, security, database design schemas and data modeling, requirements gathering, integration, middleware, and discovery technologies, and leads the development of architectural and technical standards and best practices.#LI-AK1
