·Experience as a Senior Technical analyst / Architect.
·Serve as primary technical point-of-contact and manage technical delivery fromglobal/offshore teams.
·Understand the current class manager structure and identified the unwantedcustom class (which are available in OOTB) and removed from CMDB with standardprocedure.
·Gathering Business services and associated application services list anddetails from client team.
·Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to understand all layersof the technology stacks that input into event management and service maps.

·Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools,Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and mergingmultiple instances.
·Worked on End-to-End implementation of CMDB module using Discovery tool inServiceNow.
Translate businessrequirements into technical architecture of the proposed solution taking
advantage of out ofbox functionality minimizing required customization.
· Define technicalsolutions for architecture and design that are aligned with clients’
business problems andServiceNow ITOM / CMDB implementation best practices.
•Evaluate the tool stability and performance and provide recommendations
•Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (., pre-iteration,and retrospectives).
•Review and proactively analyze and resolve application issues as needed.
•Define and document best practices and strategies regarding applicationdeployment and infrastructure maintenance.
•Knowledge of new ServiceNow modules.
