This is an onsite opportunity in Austin, TX, and requires a candidate with exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills-especially within <b>financial domain environments</b>.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and technical lead, working closely with business stakeholders, executives, and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead the <b>ServiceNow platform architecture</b> strategy, planning, and implementation across the enterprise.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with <b>financial business teams and C-level executives</b> to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Design and architect robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with <b>financial industry best practices</b>, compliance, and audit controls.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Drive enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, GRC, and custom app development.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Define architectural standards, frameworks, and governance models.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Perform impact analysis of new requirements and enhancements on existing systems.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Oversee platform health, upgrades, security configurations, performance optimization, and version management.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and implementation teams to ensure delivery excellence.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Mentor junior architects and developers and promote ServiceNow best practices.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and roadmaps.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 3+ years in an <b>Architect</b> or <b>Lead</b> role.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Strong expertise across <b>ServiceNow modules</b>, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, and Financial Services Operations (FSO), is a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of <b>architecting ServiceNow solutions in the financial or banking domain</b>.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills-able to <b>engage directly with business executives</b>.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other API technologies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of <b>ServiceNow architecture</b>, scripting (JavaScript), workflow customization, and UI policies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>ServiceNow certifications: <b>Certified System Administrator (CSA)</b>, <b>Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)</b>, <b>Certified Application Developer (CAD)</b>, or <b>Certified Technical Architect</b> preferred.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Strong documentation skills and experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery models.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of security protocols and ServiceNow security models.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow environments.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Financial reporting, audit, and compliance knowledge relevant to ServiceNow implementations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Work Environment:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>This role is <b>100% onsite in Austin, TX</b>, Monday to Friday.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Must be available to attend in-person meetings and workshops with executives and key stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Contract Duration:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><b>6 Months</b> (Possibility of extension based on project needs and performance)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>How to Apply:</b></p> <p> </p> <p>Interested candidates should submit their <b>updated resume</b> along with a brief <b>cover letter</b> highlighting relevant experience to careers@petadata.co<b> </b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>PETADATA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</b></p> <p> </p> <p>We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.</p>
