Who will you be working with?
Our production floor comprises of a host of different crafts, each with their respective duties, and types of expertise.

As a member of the team, you will work closely with all departments and key stakeholders at our Cedar Rapids, IA site.

How will you make a difference?
You will be a key team member responsible for aiding on the production floor as a Brake Operator and learn other CNC Machines.
- Handle material, tools, and equipment manually or with jib crane, performing own riggings as required.
- Maintain high quality standards.
- Consistently maintains level of productivity as determined by management.

What do we want to know about you?
A qualified candidate will be considered based on:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in custom build shop preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Ability to operate a computer to read and input data.
- Ability to operate hand tools and read measuring devices.
- Ability to read and interpret 3D prints/schematics to complete standard work.
- Ability to communicate effectively to team members and management.
- Ability to hold oneself accountable for results.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot problems.

What will your typical day look like?
Daily tasks include Employees are regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, bend, work underneath equipment, reach above shoulders, and climb, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

You will be working in the typical conditions of a manufacturing environment including seasonal variation in temperatures and occasional exposure to manufacturing fumes or by-products.

You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

The starting wage is $23/hour-$25/hour with potential for more based upon experience.

The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
