Role Summary

Were hiring a Shopify Retail Web Designer to elevate our online storefront with fresh, campaign-driven design updates.

This role is about bringing the brand to life through homepage refreshes, collection storytelling, landing pages, and product detail page (PDP) design.

Youll collaborate with marketing, brand strategy, creative, and our backend Shopify developer (who handles data and logic).

Responsibilities
  • Design & Update the Storefront
  • Develop responsive, conversion-focused designs for homepage, landing pages, collections, and PDPs.
  • Update and adapt Shopify themes for visual and UX improvements (light Liquid use, design-first approach).

  • Keep the site fresh with campaign and seasonal updates.

  • Content & Campaign Integration
  • Manage on-site content changes: banners, product launches, and extended campaign rollouts.

  • Ensure all updates are consistent with SEO goals and customer journey flow.

  • Use design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for mockups and asset prep.

  • Brand Storytelling
  • Design layouts that weave campaign creative, lifestyle content, and customer storytelling into the shopping experience.

  • Keep pages clean, curated, and shoppable never cluttered.

  • Cross-Channel Alignment
  • Mirror campaign messaging from Meta, Google, Klaviyo, TikTok, and Amazon Live.

  • Create/adapt landing pages that match ad specs, UTM tagging, and campaign creative.

  • Returns Platform Experience
  • Support seamless integration of our ReDo-powered return/exchange system with an on-brand customer flow.

  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Review Shopify analytics, GA4, and ReDo insights to refine design choices.

  • Apply CRO best practices on layouts and customer experience.

Qualifications
  • 35 years hands-on Shopify web design experience (themes, CMS, visual updates, light Liquid).

  • Strong background in web design and UX/UI principles.

  • Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Experience with Shopify returns/exchange platforms (ReDo or similar a plus).

  • Familiarity with campaign sync across Google Ads, Meta, and Klaviyo.

  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable working with backend developers, marketing/creative teams.

  • Bonus: Experience with Amazon storefronts or YouTube/TikTok content integration.
