Requirements
We are seeking an experienced SIP Protocol Engineer with strong expertise in VoIP protocols and real-time media handling.
This role involves designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing SIP-based communication systems for high-availability and secure deployments
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize SIP-based communication systems.
Analyze and troubleshoot call flows, RTP/RTCP media streams, and session setups.
Conduct advanced SIP debugging and packet analysis using tools like Wireshark.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance VoIP service quality, reliability, and scalability.
Ensure compliance with protocol standards and security best practices.
Must-Have Skills
Deep SIP protocol expertise (RFC 3261).
RTP/RTCP media stream handling for voice and video communications.
SDP (Session Description Protocol) manipulation for session control.
SIP debugging using Wireshark and similar packet analysis tools.
Call flow analysis and troubleshooting of complex VoIP environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
DTLS-SRTP encryption experience for secure media transmission.
Experience with FreeSWITCH or similar SIP/VoIP platforms.
VRS (Video Relay Service) platform experience.
Multi-tenant SIP system architecture and management expertise

RequirementsKey Responsibilities Perform comprehensive network testing and monitoring across wired, wireless, and mobile networks (3G/4G/5G).
Analyze bandwidth utilization, latency, packet loss, and other performance metrics.
Use tools like iPerf and similar utilities for throughput, stability, and stress testing.
Conduct mobile network testing and validate system behavior under various conditions.
Simulate different network conditions (e.g., high latency, low bandwidth) to assess product performance.
Generate detailed test plans, execute test cases, and report findings to development and operations teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
Must-Have Skills 3+ years of experience in network testing and monitoring.
Strong knowledge of bandwidth and latency analysis techniques.
Hands-on experience with iPerf and similar performance testing tools.
Expertise in mobile network testing (3G/4G/5G).
Ability to simulate and analyze network conditions.
Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Charles Proxy for network traffic inspection.
Familiarity with Network Link Conditioner (iOS).
Android network debugging tools knowledge.
Exposure to CDN and edge computing environments
