Amentum is seeking a Site Program Lead for multiple OCONUS locations contingent upon award.
The Site Program Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects within the organization.
This role requires a high level of expertise in both business management and engineering, ensuring that all projects align with the organization's strategic goals.
The position involves significant decision-making authority and managing a team to achieve project objectives effectively.
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ **Project Management:** Lead and manage multifaceted projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
+ **Team Leadership:** Oversee a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
+ **Communication:** Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
+ **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize project outcomes and organizational growth.
+ **Problem Solving:** Identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
+ **Compliance:** Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required**
+ **Education Requirements:**
+ A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in business management or engineering, with at least eight (8) years of experience in management-level positions.
+ Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree in another field with a total of eight (8) years of experience in management and at least six (6) years in engineering or business.
+ Candidates without a Bachelor’s Degree will be considered if they have:
+ A high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma or equivalent.
+ A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in management and at least six (6) years in engineering or business.
+ **Experience:** Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ **Industry Experience:** Experience working with the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD).
+ **Security Clearance:** Must possess a Top Secret (TS) security clearance at the start of the contract.
+ **Additional Requirements:** Must be OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) WMA (Washington Metropolitan Area) based with frequent Temporary Duty Assignments (TDYs).
