Role: Slalom Flex (Project Based) – Technical Program Manager - Network Infrastructure

Location: Denver, CO

*Please note: This role is not eligiblefor remote work.

Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Denver Metro area*

In this role, you'll be working directly with a Slalom Program Lead.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee planning, execution, and finalization of multiple network infrastructure projects
  • Manage the deployment of network infrastructure
  • Work across various teams including construction, engineering, operations, and vendors
  • Ensure quality assurance of delivered product
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports
  • Understand the client’s business challenges to help craft effective solutions that address the needs of our clients to achieve their desired outcomes
  • Proactively identify risks and anticipated points of resistance; help develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
  • Work on projects independently and participate as a team member
  • Work closely with technical and non-technical teams, coordinating resources and managing risks to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop relationships and build trust
  • Travel 2-3 times per month to client locations outside of Colorado
  • Meet client onsite requirements (reporting to client site up to 5 days per week)
  • What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in program/project management specifically for network infrastructure projects
  • Physical infrastructure experience
  • Experience working with construction teams
  • Ability to go onsite to local office several times per week
  • The ability to hit the ground running as a Technical Program Manager
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Classic program/project management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop relationships
  • The ability to be a natural business partner and trusted advisor
  • A strong sense of urgency, committed to business context and outcomes/value delivered
  • Consulting experience preferred

    For this position, the hourly pay range is $70/hr-$85/hr.Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.

    The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
