As a Infrastructure Administrator within PNC's Site Reliability organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh-PA, Cleveland-OH or Strongsville-OH.

• infrastructure Administrator role with SAS technical requirements.

Not a Developer role.
• Operations role for “Run The Bank” applications production support.
• Experience with similar applications support is a plus
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Ability to articulate technical aspects to upper management.
• Ability to work individually and on teams

• SAS Grid 9.4 M8(Installation, Configuration, Upgrade, Troubleshooting, License renewal and Migration).
• SAS Viya 3.5/4(Installation, Configuration, Upgrade, Troubleshooting, License renewal and Migration).
• Qualtrics, administration and migrations to it.
• IBM Spectrum Scale(Install, Configure and Upgrade).
• Linux(RHEL 8/9), Kubernetes, GIT, Shell Scripting and ServiceNow.

**Job Description**

+ Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
+ Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.

Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
+ Facilitates complex problem resolution.
+ Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues.

Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
+ Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

**Pay Transparency**

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $179,400.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.

This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
